So - now PS-members who are in profits will only have bank-wire withdrawals whereas those who are yet to get their seed out can still withdraw via payment-processors till they get their seed-amount.
In order to comply with the regulations of IRS (Internal Revenue Service), PS has to specify every withdrawals paid to members with IRS to avoid losses in tax. So onwards - Min. Amount to withdraw via Bank-Wire will be 200 USD with around 25 USD charge as specified.
This has definitely created havoc for small investors but still accounts those are yet to get their seed back can withdraw via PP till balanced. Now ultimate option is to accumulate in your account & withdraw collectively via bank-wire when it reaches 200 USD.
Everyone is aware that Profitable sunrise got notice from North Carolina on 27 Feb, 2013 that they should submit their documentation of their registration within 30 days. Today is 6th and the beauty is that everything is fine now. The problem is solved now and everything is crystal clear. Roman have shown them the required documents and have changed the withdrawal system little bit. On 6th of march he issued official newsletter that in order to comply with IRS they have to show our withdrawal funds to the tax department and the only way for this is to withdraw our money from bank wire. So Roman took decision that all withdrawals will be processed through bank wire only.
The reason behind this is that govt. charge tax on our interest and it is possible only if we withdraw through bank wire. When we withdraw through payment processors, govt.cant check our financial statements.
But we can deposit money through any payment processor because tax does not apply on deposits. It only apply on interest.
As Roman abide all the rules, regulations and laws so he have to took this step.
This increases our confidence in profitable sunrise. There are reasons too,
As North Carolina have issued a notice to profitable sunrise and Roman have right chance to shut down because he have many excuses to be made like Govt is not allowing them to work or govt have shut down our business but he is still there, standing and helping all his investors.
This also show that he have all the legal documents and all our documents are safe. Even North Carolina have confirmed it.

- You can fund your account with LR, STP, PM, Egopay and Bank Wire.
- You can withdraw only from Bank Wire.
But not to worry Guys, Roman have mentioned that he'll implement new plans and policies after Easter. This will surely help the investors which have trouble using Bank Wire. I myself, belong to the country where Bank Wire withdrawal is not available. But I trust ProSun and that's all.
